What you'll do
- Troubleshoot and repair residential heating and cooling systems across greater Pittsburgh
- Run inspections and preventive maintenance visits
- Recommend energy-saving upgrades and service agreements where they genuinely help
- Document jobs and customer interactions (ServiceTitan familiarity helps)
Requirements
- EPA certification and 3+ years of HVAC field experience
- Valid driver's license with clean record; availability for an on-call rotation
- NATE certification preferred
Pay/benefits: $25–$35/hour plus commissions, medical coverage, 401(k) with match, PTO and paid holidays, take-home company vehicle.
