Terms of Service

1. The service

HVAC JobSpot ("the Service") is an online job board for the HVAC industry. Employers pay to publish job listings; job seekers browse and apply directly with employers at no cost.

2. Job listings

Employers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their listings, including compliance with applicable employment and anti-discrimination laws. We may edit, reject, or remove any listing that is inaccurate, misleading, discriminatory, unlawful, or outside the scope of the HVAC industry, at our sole discretion.

Paid listings run for 30 days from publication. Fees are one-time and non-refundable once a listing has been published, except where required by law. If we reject a listing before publication, we will refund the payment in full.

3. Applications

Applications go directly to the employer via the email address or website the employer provides. We are not a party to any application, interview, or employment relationship and make no guarantees about hiring outcomes or candidate volume.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to scrape the Service at scale, post false or fraudulent listings, misrepresent your identity or company, or use the Service to collect personal data of others.

5. Intellectual property

Employers retain rights to their listing content and grant us a license to display and promote it on the Service and in related channels (e.g. email alerts, search engines).

6. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
