What we collect

• Job seekers: browsing the board requires no account. If you subscribe to job alerts we store your email address and your chosen state/role preferences. Applications go directly to the employer — we never receive your resume or application.
• Employers: account email, company details you include in listings, and payment records. Card details are processed by our payment provider and never touch our servers.
• Usage data: page views and clicks (including per-listing view and apply counts), collected via our own infrastructure and third-party analytics (PostHog, Google Analytics) using cookies and similar technologies.

How we use it

• Operating the board and showing employers how their listings perform
• Sending weekly job-alert emails you asked for (unsubscribe anytime, one click)
• Improving the product and measuring marketing channels
• Error monitoring (Sentry) to keep the Service working

What we don't do

We don't sell personal data, and we don't share subscriber emails with employers or anyone else.

Data retention and your choices

Alert subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. You can request access to or deletion of your data at any time via our Contact page.

Service providers

We use Supabase (hosting/database), Vercel (hosting), our payment provider, Brevo (email), Sentry (error monitoring), PostHog and Google Analytics (analytics). Each receives only the data needed to perform its function.
