Job listing fees

HVAC JobSpot sells one-time job listing placements: a standard listing ($99) or a featured listing ($199), each published for 30 days. Every paid listing is reviewed by our team before publication.

When you get a full refund

If we reject your listing during review — for example because it is outside the scope of the HVAC industry or does not meet our Terms of Service — we refund your payment in full, to the original payment method.

After publication

Once a listing has been published, fees are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. This includes listings that are removed early at the employer's request and upgrades to featured placement that have already gone live.

Billing issues

If you believe you were charged in error (for example a duplicate charge), contact us within 30 days via our Contact page and we will investigate and correct any mistaken charge. Payments are processed securely by PayPal; refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically arrive within 5–10 business days.
