What you'll do
- Run diagnostic service calls on residential AC and heating systems
- Perform scheduled seasonal maintenance visits
- Replace failed components such as compressors, TXVs, and blower motors
- Advise homeowners on repair-versus-replace decisions
Requirements
- At least 1 year of hands-on HVAC experience
- EPA Type II certification and a valid driver's license
- Solid diagnostic and customer-service skills
Pay: $20-$35/hour plus commissions and bonuses; full-time with steady year-round work.
