Lead the service side of a 25-person shop doing $6M/year in the Denver metro.
What you'll do
- Manage and schedule a team of 8 service technicians
- Handle escalations and quality-control ride-alongs
- Own service department P&L with the GM
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of field experience, 2+ leading techs
- NATE certification
- Comfortable with ServiceTitan or similar
