Oversee 5 install crews doing 10-12 residential change-outs a day across greater San Antonio.
What you'll do
- Morning dispatch and job-site quality inspections
- Train crews on code updates and best practices
- Final walk-throughs on flagged installs
What we're looking for
- 7+ years HVAC install experience
- TDLR license a plus
- Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
