What you'll do
- Run residential service calls across DFW, focusing on accurate diagnostics and repairs rather than pushing replacements
- Perform maintenance visits and explain findings to homeowners in plain language
- Mentor junior technicians and helpers coming up through the company
Requirements
- Five or more years of residential HVAC service experience
- EPA 608 certification
- Customer-first attitude that fits an hourly, no-commission model
