Cold Factor is a second-generation, family-owned heating and cooling company with shops in Flower Mound and Roanoke, where the founder still trains the crew after 27 years in the trade. The team is adding a full-time HVAC service technician, paying $25–$40 per hour depending on experience.
What you'll do
- Troubleshoot and repair residential heating and cooling equipment, including electrical diagnostics
- Handle maintenance such as filter changes, refrigerant charging, and duct cleaning
- Check connections for leaks and replace faulty parts or wiring
Requirements
- Prior HVAC service experience or equivalent technical training
- EPA certification and a valid driver's license
- Able to climb ladders, work in attics, and lift 40 lbs
