Texas AirZone is a small, independently run Dallas contractor founded in 1997 that designs, installs and services whole-home HVAC, plumbing and air-quality systems, with the same designer who scopes a job also commissioning it. It's hiring a lead installer.
What you'll do
- Lead residential installations from site assessment through startup and testing
- Read plans and specs, coordinate with project managers and keep installs code-compliant
- Troubleshoot problems on the job and mentor junior installers
Requirements
- 3+ years of HVAC installation experience
- Ability to read blueprints and technical specifications
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean record
