IERNA's is a family-owned contractor based in Lutz serving the greater Tampa Bay area, with immediate openings for installation technicians (both lead and partner roles).
What you'll do
- Install replacement AC and heating systems in area homes
- Set air handlers and condensers, connect line sets, and commission new equipment
- Work as a two-person crew delivering clean, code-compliant installs
- Walk homeowners through their new system at job completion
Requirements
- EPA certification and roughly 2+ years of field experience
- Valid driver's license with clean driving history and clean background
- Own tools of the trade
