Lead installer role with heavy heat-pump volume — California electrification incentives keep our install board full.
What you'll do
- Lead residential install crews (you + a helper)
- Heat pumps, ducted and ductless mini-splits
- HERS-test coordination and permit paperwork
What we're looking for
- 4+ years install experience, 1+ as lead
- EPA 608, C-20 knowledge a plus
- Mini-split experience strongly preferred
Pay & benefits
Top hourly in the market, OT after 8 hours daily per CA law, medical/dental/vision.
