What you'll do
- Run 2-3 pre-set replacement appointments per day
- Design system options and present financing
- Follow up your own pipeline in our CRM
What we're looking for
- Proven in-home sales record (HVAC preferred, we train the right closer)
- Comfortable with iPad-based proposals
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
Pay & benefits
Base salary plus uncapped commission — our top reps clear six figures. Truck allowance and company iPad.
